Some Probable terms of Partnership
I want to find people who are seriously interested in putting in some effort to create a website they can be proud of, but can also turn a decent profit. In order not to waste your time and mine I am asking any prospective partner to put up some money to show they are serious and willing to do what it takes to get a site to the point where it is averaging several thousand dollars a month. How much money a site can make cannot be known in advance and some sites have more potential than others, but any site needs a lot of visitors to make money.
From my experience a site, other than a sales site, store, or certain types of specialty sites, needs lots of valuable content on it in order to draw and keep drawing visitors to the site. The sites need to be able to be found in the search engines, i.e. Google, Yahoo, and MSN specifically, plus other search engines. One of the cheapest and easiest ways of doing this is to write (or pay someone to write) original articles.
This will be one of the primary ways to get traffic to the sites. There is more involved in this, but articles is a prime way to get free traffic. Articles can be submitted to article directories to draw traffic. Articles can also be specifically targeted to attract lots of search engine traffic, and that will be an important factor we will consider.

The above will give you an idea of what articles are, and are actual articles similar to what you may write. There will be some, but fewer articles, you will need to write that are more comprehensive, based on the theme of the site determined by software and specific phrases. Your articles will all be related to the theme/topic of the website, so it is best to choose one of my domains with a subject you like. Depending on my mood and any research required, it takes me from about a half hour to 3 – 4 hours to write an article but I write slowly. Sometimes I do 3 – 4 quality articles in a day or half a day. You may be faster, but quality articles take longer than the ten minute to half hour you read about that others claim to spend writing articles. I have found it takes longer, in many cases to try to convert PLR articles to unique articles, which is what the website needs. I have software to help in that aspect with PLR articles, but find it too time consuming to end up with a quality article that is not a copy of the original article.
Getting one-way links from other relevant sites is another way to gain traffic and importance. Other methods of getting traffic that are low cost will also be considered.
The following tentative terms are designed to make it a win-win situation for both of us and to give you an incentive to do your best.
- Any potential partner will start with a 100 day trial period.
- Your money will be half deposit, half a fee to compensate for my time if you do not perform.
- You will write 25 original 600 – 1000 word articles during the trial period.
- I have software and tips to help you in writing articles.
- You will be effectively adding your articles and running the site.
- You may be required to do other work related to articles and promotion.
- Potential partners will share in any income the site produces 50/50%.
- Any ideas you have to make the site better or more effective will be considered.
- If you do not perform during the trial period, or have poor performance, you will receive 1/2 your money back and the partnership will be terminated.
- If your performance is satisfactory (determined by me) by the end of the trial period you will be able to continue until a year when there will be another evaluation to see how you, and the website, have performed.
- After one year if you have performed well it will be your decision whether you want to continue.
- If you have continued after 1 yr your deposit will be returned.
- If you’re a partner and the site averages $2000/mo. profit for 3 consecutive mo., your percentage will increase to 60%, mine down to 40%.
- If you’re a partner and the site averages $5000 /mo. for 6 consecutive months you will have an option to purchase 50%, or more, of a legal interest in the site, at a price to be determined at that time.
